Our policies are established to provide quality service and guarantee your satisfaction.
Please inform us of any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before your service begins.
Please notify your technician of any discomfort or irritations immediately so we can stop and assess the situation.
We are not liable for any allergic reactions that occur during or after services if we were not informed of your allergy beforehand.
If you are not satisfied, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can correct the issue.
Once payment is received after your service and you have left the salon, this is confirming to us that you are satisfied with your service.
Please contact us to arrange any repairs. This is by appointment only and within 5 days of service. After that, charges may apply.
Our prices are listed on our menu board. Please review before any service.
Please inform us of any additional services when you schedule an appointment. This allows us to schedule the correct time frame for your service.

Appointments are recommended to ensure availability.
Please arrive to the salon at your scheduled appointment time.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or adjust their service.
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows may be required to pay a deposit for future appointments.
Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates.
A 3% fee is charged with card payments.
Gratuity is greatly appreciated and can be paid through your card. However, cash is preferred.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, disruptive, or abusive.
