We require all appointment cancellations or reschedules to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations submitted with less than 24 hours’ notice will be recorded as a late cancellation. After three late cancellations, a deposit will be required to secure future appointments.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. As a courtesy, clients are allowed one no-show without penalty. Following a second no-show, a deposit will be required for all subsequent bookings.
We do not offer refunds on any services. Complimentary repairs are available within 5 days of your appointment if the issue is due to product or application. Photos are required for approval. After 5 days, a discounted repair fee applies. Repairs due to manual breakage will incur a minor charge.
Please note any preferred technician in the booking comments. We will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability. If your preferred technician becomes available due to a cancellation or no-show, you may be contacted to rebook.
